Service	Famipics — a shared family photo and video album for iPhone and Android, with a paid plan, Famipics＋, under which the number of photos and the total duration of videos are unlimited; each video may be up to 10 minutes long, and use is subject to the fair use set out in section 7 of the Terms of Service.
Prices	Free plan: ¥0. Famipics＋: ¥480 per month, or ¥4,800 per year. Prices include consumption tax and are shown in the app and in the store before purchase; the store's displayed price is the one charged.
Other charges	None from us. Your mobile data or internet charges are your own.
Payment method and timing	In-app purchase through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), charged to the payment method of your store account at purchase and at each automatic renewal.
When the service starts	Immediately after the store confirms the purchase.
Renewal and cancellation	Plans renew automatically at the end of each term (one month or one year) until cancelled. Cancel at any time in the subscription settings of your Apple ID or Google account; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and is not renewed after that.
Returns and refunds	Digital service: no returns. We do not refund partial periods. Refund requests are handled by the store you bought from, under its own rules.
Requirements	An iPhone or Android phone running a version the app supports (shown in the store listing), a mobile or internet connection, and an Apple or Google account.
After a plan ends	Photos and videos beyond the free plan's limits are kept for one month, during which they can be saved to a phone; see the Terms of Service, section 6.
